Dashboard: Unable to configure Filter Count Gadget

I added Filter Count gadget to my dashboard and it keeps throwing "We're having some trouble displaying this gadget. It's probably a temporary problem. Try refreshing the gadget."Screenshot 2025-08-12 115501.png

I tried coming back to it in few hours, refreshed, cleared cache, logged out, tried a different browser and keep running into the same error.

Any idea why?

Welcome to community :) 

We wanted to let you know that we have an ongoing incident in place for the reported Filter Counter gadget issue and it throws below error

The team is working on fixing this and it should be resolved soon.

I can confirm that Gadget is still not working on my dashboards.

@Prachi Bolar The issue is still present.  I have tried configuring an existing widget, a duplicated widget, and a new widget all with the same results.

Oh okay. Internally, the issue is marked as resolved and unable to replicate this in my instance as well

Request to reach out to Atlassian support here:  : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ so that the team can further check your instance and see whats happening with the gadget

Looks to be an issue with the cloud.  I have the same problem in my instance.
