Data Separation between Customers

We are a service Provider Organization and we would like to keep data separate between customers but at the same time enable self service for all of our customers.

Hello,

depending on your data separation requirements I would suggest you to either have a look to the "Security Schemes", or to create different projects (with different portals).

For the self service aspect, you want to set up a confluence knowledge base and link it to your portal.
