Very simple. There is a role in Jira SD projects called "Service Desk Customers" and the client section that can be accesed by an Agent in the Jira Service Desk Project. What is the difference between both? I always add users in the customer section, but i do not add the customer role for each one.

But if I go to Project conf > Users and Roles , I see there is no users as customers.

I use the role screen to add entire groups instead adding customers one by one.
