Don't see development panel on issue page

After onboarding with my company last Monday (today is also Monday), my branches and commits related to a certain issue were showing up fine. On Thursday, it appears that the development panel disappeared completely, but only for me - the rest of my team can access it fine. My manager says I have all permissions needed. Any insight into why this happened and how to fix it?

It's mostly really annoying because I'd like to be able to see the commits related to other issues, not that I need to track my own branches (Github does that...)

Jira looks for Development Tools permission to see commits, branches, ..

Are you sure that you have the permission?

Yes, I'm sure. My permissions haven't changed since I was onboarded, and the commits simply stopped showing up at some point during last week.
