Hey there,
we are currently setting up a new telephone software (nFon) for our Service Desk team. nFon is able to record a message from a customer and send it as an attached .wav file to our help desk e-mail adress.
Sadly those message are ignored by Jira and not created as an new issue.
We can upload those files manually, so in general Jira is not refusing .wav files and they are not to big (mostly two digit kB numbers; last one 31 kB).
Anyone else has the same problem? Any known workaround for this?

Found the underlying issue: Jira is marking those messages as an auto reply and therefore ignoring it.
