I'dd like to know if it would be possible to edit a field position on the issue creation form :
- I've added a new field to handle issue security level, and I really wished the field shows on top of the ticket creation panel for my user to avoid missing it.
- Is it, in any way, possible to edit the order the fields appear on this view ?

You can arrange the fields by accessing the Project Settings and finding the 'Screens' under the 'Screen Schemes'.
On each 'Screen' you should have the list of fields. Just sort them accordingly.
you can also force people to fill in that field by setting it as a mandatory field from the 'Field Configuration' settings.
