Hopefully someone can help, as I have looked everywhere!
We have a user who has edited his email notification preferences, to only receive emails when he is mentioned on a case.
However, Jira is still sending him every email notification for every ticket and all projects.
Has anyone ever experienced this before and knows how to resolve?
To add.. this is only occurring for one user, all others have successfully updated their notifications so they only receive emails when mentioned in a ticket.

I undestand that user modify these options, but continue receving some alerts:
As you can see in yellow, the notifications are configured in the Scheme notifications... Then be sure that these are not Actived, like the image bellow:

Wouldn't the scheme notifications that you show above, edit for all though?
I need to keep everything in place that we currently have, but have some users who 'opt out' so to speak of the comms until they are mentioned.
