I am trying to load the dashboard after I login and continue to get an "Error Timeout" box up top. It does not provide any other information. Our team has updated our project dashboards yet they are not updating for me.
I have attempted logging out and logging back in and restarting my computer without any luck.
I am using a Windows Surface RT off of company WiFi. Just FYI, I am not an IT guru.

@Danielle Selby, the cause is not your computer. It sounds like Jira has problems to comunicate with itself. Do you know if someone updated Jira? Can you ask your administrator?
The Surface RT is personal equipment and I'm using it online through the site provided by the account holder who has not updated anything. My other teammates are not experiencing this problem.
