We're received reports from several users that they cannot update tickets if they do copy/paste of information.
They are getting the error attached.
Could you please advice what could be the reason?

I think that issue is because some text is not getting copied in a correct format. You can try by copying the text into a notepad or text editor and then pasting the same from the notepad into the ticket.
