Even the User has the priviledges cannot access specific features in Jira

We have a problem with one user for access in Jira. 

The user A and User B have exact same product access and added to the exact same groups in Jira.

The priviledges for manage sprint User A cannot create sprint and user B can create a sprint.

Even I checked from the permission helper User A suppossed to have the priviledges (shown with greencheck on the access area) but cannot.

Can you plase help with the issue

Hello @Lucas Modzelewski _Lumo_ Thank you. Not exact same problem but from this ticket i checked something and after it is solved.

We have multiple project Jira. but this board does not have any other projects. The board configuration didn't have filter for project ID. Even we don't use other projects in this board. The filter didn't have limitation that's' why one of the users couldn't access. (Other users with same access didn't have problem only one user)

After adding filter for project the problem is solved for this specific user also.
