Expose a form to create bug in JIRA

In my project, we would like to expose a form to testers using which they can log a bug which will reflect into JIRA backlog.

I've tried to work out using an Issue Collector, but an issue-collector can only be included into a web-page.

My requirement is to expose a link to testers via email, which they can access to log a defect. 

Can someone help me out in creating a custom issue-collector or a form which it can be accessed via a link (embedded into a email).

Hello,

You can create a email template and then parse a email containing this template with a scripting app in Jira. You can have a look at such apps as Power Scripts, ScriptRunner, Groovioli and so on.
