German language not included with new release!?

I just updated to JIRA ServiceDesk 3.0 and had to discover that all notification emails are now in english. Is it just a bug here or didn't they add german to the release?

This is actually a new bug. It's reported under https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-2395. It should be fixed in future releases. I'd recommend you to add yourself as watcher to get updates on it's fix.
