Grouping projects on Help Center Portal

Hello,

I was wondering if there was an setting or add-on that would let me group similar projects together in our Help Center Portal. Such as HR, IT, Marketing, etc. We are getting quite a lot of projects for Service requests and would like to clean up the page a bit.

Hi @Nate Jenks ,

Unfortunately, using native functionalities you can select max. 15. projects and add them to the Favourite section on the Help Center. There is no option to group them into some categories.

From paid solutions, you can use an app offered by Refined: Refined for Jira cloud
