Hey, me and my team cannot log into JIRA

Me and my team cannot log into JIRA. It keeps loading when we tried to login and then the below message appears. Can you please check?

Could you please try clearing cookies cache and reopen the browser and try logging in ? Also in incognito mode.

If the error still occurs please contact https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ so that team can further check this

I am unable to contact the support center as well, since I am using the free version of JIRA. Is there any other option that I could try?
