Hi Blanca,

I'm not Nic, but I suppose that's not a blocking issue if I can provide you with a decent answer wink.

The situation you describe, is the default situation. Indeed, as a customer by default you can only see your own requests. On top of that, there is the concept of Request Participants. When enabled, customers can choose to add people to a request. And those people will then be able to see those requests as well. That, however, is also nothing more than a step towards what you are asking for.

On Service Desk Cloud, the concept of Organizations has been released about a month ago. This allows you to create groups of people representing the same organization (or customer). You can find guidelines on how to set this up over here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2016/09/group-customers-in-organizations?_ga=1.52290537.1920774622.1447972726.

People belonging to the same organization will then be able to see each others requests.

On JIRA server, the feature has not been released yet. But it has been announced that it will be released with the next major release. You can watch https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-4390 if you want to stay informed.

Heh, only just seen this.  Walter's answer is more detailed than my usual ones, and it's spot on too.
