How can I explore /export users all task in jira work managment

I would like to know any function to explore /export  users all task in Jira work managment to measure users work loading assigned. 

Or  Any Function can do the work loading measurment per user in jira?

Jira work management projects also has a report session where you can find the worklog report as the image bellow shows 

The other way is use the advanced issue search to get the issues and export, so you can work with this data in another tool.
