How can we clone a team-managed service project in JSM if we have Jira Cloud Premium

If our company has Jira Cloud Premium and created a team-managed service project in Jira Service Management how can we clone that team-managed service project with its project configuration including request types, workflows and automations?

Shared configurations, workflows etc are exclusive to Company-Managed projects only. 

Team-Managed projects cannot share any of their configurations. If you'd like a clone of the project in question you would need to create a new project and set it up in the same way.

The short answer is that you cannot clone team-managed projects. Think of TMPs as its own island with no access to the outside world, with a few exceptions.
