How can you customize the "View Customer Request" view?
I'm trying to figure out what capabilities I have to edit the customer request view on Jira Server.
Things such as:
- The "Share" button - can I edit the icon? The text?
- Edit button - can I just remove it from being shown? I have revoked permissions, but then it just shows up and has no functionality. I can't seem to completely remove it
- The amount of formatting the user has available. Currently, it's a simple text box, they don't have the ability to bold, underline, and bullet, etc. (image below)
