How can you import sprint stories into JIRA?

Our backlog was created within ServiceNow and we are dissatisfied with the tool when it comes to organizing and prioritizing sprint stories. I can export the Sprint from ServiceNow as an Excel, CSV, XML. JSON & PDF file. So all I need to know is how to import these stories/our sprint and subsequently down the line our entire backlog into a JIRA task board.
