How do I cancel my subscription to External Share for Jira?

Hi @Steven Hawes ,

To cancel subscription for a addon you can follow the below steps:-

1. Go to your Jira Settings and Under Apps, click on Manage Apps in the sidebar.
2. Click on the app name to view details.
3. Click Manage Subscriptions and choose the option to cancel the subscription.

Are you on a monthly or annual billing cycle?

If you are on a monthly billing cycle you need to uninstall the app from your Jira instance, then check your Billing page to confirm that it is no longer listed.
