How do I copy one project items to other project?

Hi,

I am having 2 projects. Each project having multiple trackers. Each tracker having multiple items.

I want to copy items from one project to other project.

manually i can copy by items from one tracker of project1 to tracker of project2.

Since i have multiple trackers, i want to do through scripting.

Is there any REST API is providing to copy of items ?
