How do I export custom fields without it listings "Custom Field"

Is there a way to export it without it saying "Custom field" in the spreadsheet? I am trying to export but it keeps listing as follows: Custom field (item name).

I realized I was going to the drop-down list to export as a CSV for current fields for excel and it was creating the "Custom Field" within the text. But when i just clicked on the excel icon it no longer showed the text "Custom Field" before my item.
