I have created a filter for issues that were resolved the previous week. One of the columns reports the Time to Resolution. I need this field for a count of issues that met or missed the SLA. However, the Time to Resolution option is not available in any of the gadgets for a Dashboard.

JSD has out-of-box SLA report(Reporting on SLAs).
On classical dashboard you can get, for example, ‘filter result’ with breached SLA(Using JQL queries specific to SLAs).
