I'm looking for a way to pull Active Directory info and fill in the Description field in a Jira Service Desk Ticket. Any suggestions?

You can do this with an Add-On, for example Active Directory Attribute Sync (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212162/active-directory-attributes-sync?hosting=server&tab=overview)
