How do users get notified when a form is submitted in a business project?

I've created a form in a business project, and once submitted, it gets added to the workflow but no one on the project is notified. Is there an automation or field I can add to help with notifications? I tried adding "assignee" to the form as a field but it doesn't show up as an option. Thanks!

Hi @Erica Warburg  and welcome to the community!

Your form at the end of the day is creating an issue in your Jira project. Therefore, you might need to review your notification scheme to make sure the right groups/roles are notified for the Create Issue event:

Take a look at <YOUR_JIRA_SITE>/plugins/servlet/project-config/<YOUR_PROJECT_KEY>/notifications
