Hi,
I have submitted an approval to a service desk customer. The approval shows in the portal fro the customer with the 'Approve' and 'Decline' buttons showing.
However, they cannot see any information in regards to the issue they have been asked to approve? How do you show the issue details to the approver?

Hi Andrew,
Normally, the user who needs to approve the request should be able to open the request itself to view all the details.
Is that not possible in your case?
Are you on Server or Cloud?

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me. The user can open the request within the portal view, but cannot see any of the details in regards to the request.
We are running Server 3.10 (currently trialing)
