How long have you been experiencing this issue? I checked the Atlassian Status page, and there don’t seem to be any active incidents at the moment: https://status.atlassian.com
If the issue is still ongoing, have you tried raising a support request with Atlassian? They should be able to help you dig into it further.

Make sure that you are running the latest browser version, which is compatible with the cloud environment.
Clear the browser cache so that old information is cleared. For example, in Google Chrome.
Run the browser in incognito mode to see if this is affected by stored information on the browser.
Manually disable the extensions to avoid any of them possibly blocking the content from being loaded.
