Is there a way I could enable my customers (without user license) to be able to use their existing accounts (some use Azure AD, Google Apps, etc.. ) to be able to log in with them to Service Desk Portal?
They are just using the portal to submit issues and see progress. Having additional access details adds substantial admin overhead.
Integrating Jira Service Desk and your SSO currently is not a a built-in functionality, JSD customer accounts live outside the organization and therefore it won't pass through the SSO workflow unless they are converted to Atlassian accounts.
There is however a feature request for this which I invite you to watch and vote on, it is very active with a lot of votes. Please see JSDCLOUD-630
