How to add a validator to check that text in field does not match default value?

We have a field for Client Notes that has a default value (multi-line) that is an example of what that field should be populated with. I want to add a validator to the transition to a certain status (I know how to add validator) to check that the text in that field does NOT match the default text. Basically trying to make sure that the person actually populates this field and doesn't just leave default value.

If you have add-ons like Scriptrunner or JMWE you can write a scripted validator, which will do exactly what you've described.
