How to automatically add watchers

Hi all, I have seen a lot of articles on how to add specific named watchers when an issue is created, however I would like to automatically add a watcher based on the Interface Contact(s) (or other) field value.

So in theory this is what I would like to happen:

Issue Created > Reporter updated > Assignee updated > Interface Contact(s) updated > Reporter and Assignee and Interface Contact added to watchers.

If organisations dont have any Automation plugin you can use Workflow post functions

set field once it is selected you will get the watchers details and add the email id's of watchers.

Note: Make sure to take a copy of workflow/ and check if it is associated with how many projects
