How to @comment teams in Automation rules

Deleted user March 26, 2021

I am implementing an automation rule to notify different Teams (created in Jira Teams) within a message in the task.

I want to avoid capturing single users in the rules but rather teams.

I have already try viewing how in the old-Jira shows a Team commented, but that goes back to the single user tagging and putting a reference to the team page.

This is more less what in the comment it needs to add, but single users are added

Does anyone know if this is now possible in JIRA as well?

Hi @[deleted]

Although that is possible in Confluence, I do not believe that is possible yet in Jira or with Automation for Jira.  Here are the backlog items to add the feature:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-72893

https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-2138

Best regards,

Bill
