Hi Jason,
Could you please help with, dashboard creation agents wise. Is it possible? Can I check the list of open, In progress, and Acknowledge tickets with resolved tickets in a different column?

Hi @Ruhi Tanwar ,

You can create different JQL query against each check like open, In progress so on and configure this saved filters to created dashboard using available gadgets.he, share with particular team members.

For instance: JQL query of opened requests,

project = ABC AND status not in (Closed, Rejected) ORDER BY key DESC

Hello @Ruhi Tanwar

I don't know a solution, which can help you fully, but you can try Time in Status for Jira Cloud. This add-on allows you to monitor all issues the particular assignee has been working on,  and get a detailed view of how long his issues have been spending in each status.

As an alternative, you can try Issue History, which allows you to monitor all the activities (changes) that have been made to each issue in a chosen period by a particular team member.

I hope, this info helps to solve your issue

Best regards, Mariana :)

Hi @Jason,

You can write filter query accordingly and create a dashboard and configure the filters on it using gadgets available and share with particular team.

for eg, JQL query for open requests ,

project = ABC AND status not in (Closed, Rejected, "Rejected Request") ORDER BY key DESC

Likewise,  you can create separate filter for each status and configure in one Dashboard. Please refer the below link to configure dashboards with suitable gadget.
