How to customize JIRA bulk mail template ?

Hi

I use jira 5.1.3.

When we send bulk mails through the send mail feature in JIRA, it takes user's Username instead od Fullname.

For example, users see 'username <admin.mail@domain.com>' in the mail box. This blocks the user from identifying the user's name from the mail.

Fyi, this happens only when we send bulk mails. Jira notification is fine.

Perhaps you should try to change the template filtersubscription.vm. For further details, please review the following documentation:

Also, perhaps you should try ti raise a new support ticket.
