My company's Slack workspace seems to be having an issue where tickets are raised unprompted. It seems to happen selectively to messages that the bot deems suitable for creating a ticket. In addition, the bot-raised tickets often use the incorrect emoji.
Staff have learned to effectively raise tickets themselves for a while and with the bot detecting when to raise tickets, it is disrupting our operations. Is there a way to disable the automatic ticket-raising feature?
Would appreciate some assistance.

Welcome to the community.
In Cloud you should look in your project settings -> apps -> slack integration, and review the settings.
Or just remove the connection completely
