Hello dear team
May you clarify me How to find out who is the administrator for a specific Jira workspace? if I'm not an admin now, then I will be able to find out about that?
Please your inputs are welcome, thank you very much
Hello @socorro_rosas
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If you are not an admin already and the Contact Administrators option has not been enabled, then there the only method to find out who the admins are is to ask people like the person who told you to access the instance, the person who told you your access was granted, the person who is the lead for your Project, the people who are administrators for your project, anybody who has had to request that a project be created, or your internal technical support team.
If your company is having an issue that you believe there are no longer any company members who are administrators for the instance, then Atlassian support would need to get involved to help your company identify the current admins or make another company member and admin.
If your Jira admin has enabled the contact administrator option, you can reach out appending the below context in your jira url: /contact-administrator
So if your jira site name was something like: https://abc.atlassian.net/jira
Then you can contact administrators by going to https://abc.atlassian.net/jira/contact-administrator
PS: This works only of the Jira admins have enabled the 'Contact Administrators Form'.
