How to get JIRA Custom Field related changes logs ?

Hi,

If any admin user has made custom field changes like, adding new field, deleting it, adding/disabling/deleting/enabling custom field value etc, How can we get log of that in JIRA ?

Atlassian-jira.log is not capturing log for these activities. System-->Audit log is also not capturing logs for these activities.

Is there any avaiable solution on this issue?

From a security perspective this handling is a no-go!

We use JIRA Server v7.13.9.
