How to lay a complaint for poor customer service?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I paid $10k into the Atlassian bank account 2 weeks ago. I then filed a ticket a couple days later asking about my license. A couple days later I sent an email to sales@atlassian.comand a couple days after that I posted a note on their Facebook - no response and still no license.

The Atlassian website does not have any other means of escalating a ticket or complaint. Does anyone know how I can get my licenses?

Call the number given on this page https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact

Also you can write to their CEO as well.
