I paid $10k into the Atlassian bank account 2 weeks ago. I then filed a ticket a couple days later asking about my license. A couple days later I sent an email to sales@atlassian.comand a couple days after that I posted a note on their Facebook - no response and still no license.
The Atlassian website does not have any other means of escalating a ticket or complaint. Does anyone know how I can get my licenses?
