How to make the watchers to get notifications when the issue is created

Hi, 

In my notification scheme I have added All Watchers for the Issue Created Event, but still watchers are not getting notification when the issue is created, how can I make the watchers to get notification when the issue created? Please help me in achieving this.

Hi @Sunilkumar k ,

As the watchers are added after the creation of the issue, the issue created notification would not be sent to them. You'll need to add the watchers during the issue creation so that they can get the notification.

Unless an until users not present in watchers field they won't get notification by default for on create issue.

I would recommend to create an automation rule to add users as watcher to a issue or write a automation to send an email to users when issue is created.
