How to reduce the number of mail in jira

I have enabled batching email notifications. However, why do I still receive so many mail when there is a change. Is there any way to receive only one mixed mail for a period of time? Thanks.

userprofile, preferences, autowatch enabled?

 

when you are the assignee, you get a mail if someone changes the issue
