How to remove Agile custom fields from project?

I need this to do, so that I'm able to transfer a whole project into a completely other Jira instance. Due to different custom field IDs this is impossible using import project function. So I like to delete them.

Jira 6 is source and target version.

Hi, you can disable jira agile and make the import anyway

also you can unlock fields and delete them, but greenhopper will lose info and will stop working at all https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GHKB/How+to+unlock+a+Locked+field
