How to send a customized notification for new customers?

Hi Community,

is there a way to send an e-mail to all newly added customers in a Jira service desk project? E.g. a customer creates an account and therefore a customized e-mail will be sent with further instructions.

Hi Alexander,

At the moment out of the box in Jira Service Desk, this is not possible to be customized and the default one can only be disabled if you're on Jira Service Desk version 3.10+

Please do vote and watch the current JSDSERVER-1386 ticket for further updates as this is the ticket for customization.
