Hello everyone,
I'm trying to select a manager from Insight
My custom field : Manager
Filter scope : ObjectType = User
Filter Issue Scope : "Group A.Manager" = ${Username} Or "Group A.Manager" = ${Username}
Filter Assign Scope : "Manager" = ${Username}
I assume that my Filter Assign Scope is wrong. but I do not know where is the mistake.
When I let Assign Scope empty, selecting list is OK but I can't make the selection automatic if i hide the field.
Thanks for your help
Can you confirm what you're trying to do?
Are you trying to assign the issue to a manager based on which Group is selected from an Insight field, or are you trying to select a group based on who the currentuser is?
Hi David,
Thanks for interesting in my problem.
My point is :
I have groups where one or more managers (cardinality is open) are attributes.
My goal :
When I select one group from an Insight Field(groups field) I want to auto assign to an another Insight field (Managers field) my "Responsable"attribute Value.

If a group can have one or more managers, then how would you know which one to auto-assign the issue to?

Since an issue can only have a single assignee, that seems like it would be a problem. :-(
