I have a customer that wants to setup a JIRA to manage several projects for different customers. They have around 100 customers and of course, privacy is a must, so one customer can't see other customers tickets and also same for confluence pages with associated documentation for each customer.

My question is if you have this kind of requirements you will set it up like :

a) 1 customer =1 project and 1 space in confluence

b) only 1 project for all and manage it with security groups?

c) 1 customer = 1 project but 1 unique space in confluence using pages permision?

 Many thanks,

If each customer needs their own customer portal, then 1 project per customer.

Same Knowledge page space can be used with various restriction options based on label etc.  But safer to create a space per customer.

a. is the best approach and C is also a good option.  b will be complex to maintain for 100 customers.
