How to setup SSO without touching the main domain that we have setup

I have 2 domains: monolithicpower and mpsautomotive. I want to setup SSO for mpsautomotive with out touching monolithicpower domain.

Are you using Atlassian Guard as well?

I've never set up something like this (we mostly use only one domain), but if you would sync users from IdP, you could create one Authentication policy where SSO would be enabled (and all users from one domain would be there), and in another policy—whether local one or new custom one for IdP, would wouldn't enable SSO. 👀

Again, just a thought here. It would need to be tested.
