How to turn off the Service Desk Portal Auto Response

I am wondering how to turn off the Auto Response that is shown in the picture below. I want to keep the email notifications on but I would like this to be turned off.

Hi Cody,

 

At the moment it is not possible to disable the auto-response. We have a feature request for it at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-5981.

Feel free to add yourself as a watcher to the feature request to be notified on the updates and cast a vote to increase issue visibility.
