How to validate Date time custom field JIRA 5.2

I have created "Requested Implementation Date/Time" Custom field in my Create issue Page Screen.

I should not allow user to select Past Date.

Example : Current TIme: 09/11/2013 : 3.15 PM,

User should select Current date/time "09/11/2013 : 3.15 PM" or future date/Time.

How can i implemen the functionalities in JIRA 5.2 ? Isthere any Java server side script availble ? or any plugin/
