I want to know do we have any field in JIRA ticket payload where we can know who updated the ticket recently?

We have a field that give me the last updated time details. Is there any other way to find the the details who recently updated the ticket/issue, please let me know.

I want to fetch the tickets that is not updated by a particular user using rest.

You can look at the History and Activity tabs in the 'Activity' area of the issue.  The 'Activity' area is near the bottom when you have the issue details open.

Thanks Wade, Yes from portal we will be able to get but i want to know this info in ticket payload.

Basically i want all those tickets that are not updated by a particular user in JIRA. Do we have any filter for that in rest api?

Otherwise how to accomplish this requirement, please suggest.

Ah, didn't realize we were talking rest.  I'm not sure then--sorry!
