I am getting "Your operation is taking longer than usual" error while accessing confluence

While I am accessing the below Confluence URL, I am getting "Your operation is taking longer than usual" error. I have seen several posts related to this issue but nothing helped to resolve the issue as I need to contact the Atlassian support and I dont have access to raise a service request.

Please find below the complete error message:

"Your operation is taking longer than usual

Sorry, your operation is taking longer than usual. Please try again in a few minutes.

If you're still seeing this screen after ten minutes please raise a support request."

Could anyone from the support team help me resolve the issue. Thanks in Advance!

Unfortunately, you need to contact Atlassian Support. The support team will be able to validate user access and their permission on the site. Hence suggesting you create a ticket for them to investigate the issue:
