I am not able to create forms for Jira software project in spite of having project admin access.
Can anyone please help me out here?
Hi @Amish Prajapati
You may have feature flags off or are missing necessary global permissions. So you may check if the feature is available in your settings.
Smart Forms for Jira add-on, developed by my team, gives you full form-building functionality in any Jira project, including Jira Software. You can create forms, map responses to Jira fields (even custom ones), trigger actions based on form submission (like updating status), and collect structured input from internal or external users. It also includes built-in analytics, supports field validation, and works with issue templates—making it a flexible solution when native forms fall short.
Let me know if you'd like help testing it out! 🚀
Hello Olha, checked for feature flags, and they all are on. Moreover, didn't find any feature flags related to Forms.
Maybe, it is a global permission issue. Will check with the Org Admin.
Thanks!

What sort of errors are you getting that are preventing you from creating forms? Do you see those errors on the screen or can you not access the form creation screen at all?

No errors, actually. I just am not able to see the option to create Forms.
In this video - https://youtu.be/6qctE6GH3Zw - this guy has the option to create the Forms in the left panel. I do not.
