×I created the account for my current company and can add users and set up everything, but when I try to go to settings it says:
You do not have access to Jira settings or Atlassian admin, contact your Jira admin to grant you access.
any ideas on how to solve this? I cannot open a ticket for tech support for the very same reason...

You are probably facing similar problem like here
You need to be sure that you are using correct accounts and those accounts have correct permissions, so start checking in the User Management
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
